The Vitamix XL is a high-capacity commercial blender designed for large-batch food preparation. It is particularly suited to restaurants, hotels, institutional kitchens, healthcare facilities and other operations that need to process large quantities in a single batch. Its approximately 4.2 HP peak-output motor and 1.5-gallon / 5.7 L container allow it to process substantially larger quantities than conventional countertop commercial blenders. A separate 2.0 L container is also supplied for smaller batches.
