The Henny Penny OFE-321 is a single-well commercial electric open fryer from the Henny Penny 320 Series. It is designed for high-volume foodservice applications and features a heavy-duty stainless-steel vat, immersed electric heating elements, built-in oil filtration and programmable digital controls. The fryer can be configured with either a full or split vat.
