Celfrost CDZ10L2 is a commercial double-tank electric deep fryer with two independent 10-litre frying tanks, providing a combined 20-litre oil capacity. Each tank is equipped with a 3 kW heating system, giving a total connected load of 6 kW. The separate tanks allow operators to fry different products simultaneously while maintaining separate oil batches.
