The RATIONAL iVario 2-XS is a compact, high-performance multifunctional cooking system designed for professional kitchens where space and versatility are important. With two independent 17-litre cooking pans, the system allows different cooking processes to be carried out simultaneously. Powered by RATIONAL's iVarioBoost heating system, the iVario 2-XS provides rapid heating and precise temperature control. The intelligent iCookingSuite assists kitchen staff by automatically monitoring and adjusting cooking processes to help achieve consistent results.
The iVario 2-XS can perform a wide range of cooking applications including boiling, frying, braising, deep frying, sauces, soups and low-temperature cooking. It can therefore replace several conventional cooking appliances while reducing the amount of kitchen space required.
