The Pitco SSH75R is the high-output version of the SSH75. It combines the 70–90 lb oil capacity and 18 × 18-inch frying area of the SSH75 with a higher-output burner system designed to improve recovery and production performance.
The R configuration provides approximately 100,000 BTU/hr of gas input.
